Selected Work
Denver Summit FC Community Benefits Agreement. Drafted the CBA for West East Neighbors United. The agreement commits more than $7 million in community benefits over 10 years, including housing stability, youth programs, local-business participation, and workforce development. Read the announcement.
Ball Arena Community Benefits Agreement. Negotiated commitments including 1,080 affordable housing units and a $16 million community investment fund. Read the agreement.
Holly Bennett and Holly’s Law. Represented Holly Bennett after a field drug test wrongly identified her prescription medication. Colorado’s 2026 law added protections in specified drug-possession cases involving these tests. Read the enacted bill summary.
